1. Scope of Advisory
The content provided on Trevidia.co.uk and during complimentary "Strategy Audits" is intended for general guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, or specific engineering advice until a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed between Trevidia Ltd and the Client.
2. Limitation of Liability (The "Safe Harbor")
Trevidia Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of our preliminary recommendations. We provide "best effort" technical insights based on the information disclosed by the user.
3. Intellectual Property of Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, frameworks, and strategic blueprints displayed on this site remain the sole property of Trevidia Ltd. Users are prohibited from reselling or redistributing Trevidia’s proprietary consulting models.
4. Client Obligations
By requesting an audit, you represent that you have the authority to discuss the business's technical infrastructure and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Force Majeure & Jurisdiction
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control (e.g., telecommunication failures, national emergencies). These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
